How our process
Works
The process at Franklin Design, LLC aims educate all of our clients on every aspect of the construction process. This allows the client to make more decisions prior to the design and construction of the project. The material used on all of our projects is hand-chosen with the homeowners approval, from the plumbing material, all the way to the faucet manufacturer with transparent costs. This also includes agreeing on a realistic budget, finishing on time, not going over budget, and making sure our clients are very happy at the end.
We will always make sure that the assigned project manager meets with the homeowners twice a week for an update meeting, and making sure our owner is intimately involved in every project from start to finish.

Our client relationships are the most important aspect of our business. We strive to exceed expectations on every project, regardless of size or budget. So we make sure to over-communicate the budget, timelines, and finishing standard of our projects before they are complete.
